My semi-private training is for groups of 4-6 participants in a private studio.
Groups are smaller so participants receive greater individualized attention, not typically received in a larger group/drop-in fitness class format.
Classes are progressive, geared toward the specific goals/needs of the group and those of each participant.
Smaller groups also promote accountability, motivation and consistency in training among its members.
Pre-registered classes for a 4 to 6-wks (2x classes per week).
Flat fee for the pre-registration per class = $20. $25 drop in.
